What is your warranty?
We provide a 50-year limited warranty on EcoPlay Lumber; a 10-year limited warranty on all metal components and HDPE sheet plastic panels; a 1-year limited warranty on structure failure of any rotomolded plastic components; a 1-year limited warranty for structural failure of moving parts, swing seats, and any other products.
How do you price projects?
To give an accurate price for a turnkey solution, we need to understand detailed information about your specific site, unique needs, and requirements. After a brief conversation and potentially a site visit, we can get the details that we need to give an accurate quote.
Do you offer financing?

Do you offer full installation?
We offer full installation services in the contiguous U.S. and Caribbean.
What is supervised installation?
We also offer supervised installations, where one or two members of our team will come to your site and work with a group of volunteers to install the play equipment. Supervised installations provide a great way for communities to come together to complete a project that will provide happiness and joy to the community's children for decades.
